Mr. Hoffman received his B.A. from Wake Forest University in 2000, and his J.D. from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003.  Prior to joining Slover & Loftus, Mr. Hoffman worked for a Washington D.C. based law firm serving clients involved in complex litigation matters before several nationwide courts.

During his time at Slover & Loftus, Mr. Hoffman has worked on a number of litigation matters on behalf of the firm's clients, including the litigation of rail transportation contract rate and service disputes.  Mr. Hoffman has also assisted clients in resolving issues involving the formation of industry track agreements and demurrage disputes.
